This is a great video demonstrating four stretches that you should do every morning. Too many of us don’t stretch, usually for one of the following reasons:
- We don’t know what to do.
- We’re not really sure how we’re supposed to do it.
This video covers both of issues. Most importantly, these stretches should be done in the morning.
Why? Because a lot of the time what happens overnight when we’re sleeping actually worsens the tightness that we’ve developed from the day before. If we worked out the day before we tend to heal and shorten overnight, and the next morning we wake up stiff.
But it doesn’t have to be that way because there are some things you can do right now to correct it.
